RELOCATION ALLOWANCE "ARRIVAL OF A DOM"


This allowance is paid on the occasion of a move for staff born into a DOM and arriving in France following their entry in the administration (CASVP).

Beneficiary
- active agents born into a DOM,
- holders or trainees
- since contractual more than 6 months
- has an index less than or equal to 1100,
- provided they move their family home *
- and obligation to perform at least one year of service in the administration. *
family residence within the meaning of section 102 of the Civil Code.

Amount of allowance: 600 € net
Deposit files
The submission of the dossier must be completed within three months from the date of assignment for the holders and trainees or in the 7th month of activity for contract employees.
officer has one year from the assignment date to prove that he has left the family residence for a home in France.

Parts required
- Agospap form duly completed,
- copy of the order of appointment in the administration (for staff and trainees)
- certificate from the employer of their date of entry into the Administration as a contract for a minimum period of one year (the contract),
- copy of the notice of taxation of income from the previous year,
- copy of pay slip of the month of application ,
- copy of family book,
- bank details for setting payment

documents to attest to the family home ** in DOM before arrival in France (before removal):
1 - You are a tenant: State places output copy of the lease, most recent tax and utility bill on behalf of the applicant
2 - You own: Certificate of sale of the property or lease the new tenant, and most recent tax bill on behalf of EDF applicant.

documents to attest to the new family residence in France ** (after removal):
1 - You 're renting: a new lease and utility bill on behalf of the applicant.
2 - You own: Certificate of notary indicating the purchase of the property and electricity bill on behalf of the applicant.
3 - You are an adult still attached to the parental home: last tax assessment on which parent is clearly stated the connection.

Receipts on the effective date of the move
1 - Invoice EDF contract includes the initial costs of commissioning
2 - Any other documentation establishing with certainty the exact date of relocation (eg carrier's bill).

** The territory of the commune on which is the residence or domicile of the agent (and not, if they did not live under the same roof, where he lived, his spouse and children).
